Shipping Policy:

Please allow 4-5 business days for your order to be processed, packaged and shipped. Please note that current laws prohibit Stringer Ranch from shipping wine to certain states. Due to changing direct-shipping laws and regulations, the list of states that we ship to may change at any time. Currently, Stringer Ranch only ships to California and Florida. Please be aware that your order may be delayed until ideal weather and shipping conditions arise to protect your wine. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. A tracking number will be provided when your order has been shipped. Please be patient, as tracking information can take a few days to update.

Returns & Refunds:
We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or otherwise deemed to be unsatisfactory but we do not offer refunds. Please send an email to info@drinkstringerranch.com to arrange replacement for damaged bottles.

Cancelling Wine Subscription:
If you chose to cancel your subscription, please send an email to info@drinkstringerranch.com with your full name / address / email associated with your wine subscription.
